When Neilo first arrived in foster care, he was a such a shy little soul, especially around hands - they made him very nervous. With patience, kindness and time, though, he slowly blossomed into a real smoochy-bum. Once he learns to trust you, Neilo reveals his true self: a little guy who does appreciate human company that he wants to be close to.

He's still a little cautious when hands reach out but give him the space to realise you're a friend, not a foe and you'll be rewarded with moggie smooches, quiet purrs and the occasional cheeky nibble. His frisky little personality shines when he's fully relaxed with you.

Neilo is a petite, pretty gentleman with a luxurious coat that he tolerates being gently combed - until he politely lets you know he's had enough. Generally, he isn't a demanding cat and he absolutely thrives on love and gentle companionship.

This beautiful boy has been through a lot in his previous life, yet he still chooses to love. He deserves a forever home where he'll be treasured and respected always.

Overall, Neilo is a beautiful cat who wants to be loved and give love. Neilo's name, meaning "champion" or "cloud" in Irish, suits him perfectly - he's a soft, brave little champion who floats into your heart and stays there.
